Shipping & Return Policy

Online Orders

Orders placed online will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped by USPS Mail or UPS unless otherwise noted. 

Curbside Pickup: All pickup orders will be usually ready in 4 hours after orders are placed and you will receive an email confirmation when the order is ready to be picked up.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID. Call 213-536-5192 on arrival, we will meet you at the curbside.
    Pickup is available from 10am-12pm and 2-4pm, Mon-Fri.

    Custom and Wholesale Orders

    Shipping terms do not apply for custom and wholesale orders. For shipping-related questions, please call (213) 536-5192 Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. 

     

    Return policy

    • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

    • Time Frame: Customers are required to initiate the return within a 14 days from the date of receipt.

    • Return Process:

      • Customers need to contact us via email (info@bluecutaprons.com) to request a return authorization number before sending back the item. Indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #.
      • Returns are processed through the original payment method once the item is received and inspected
    • Refunds:

      • Refunds typically exclude shipping costs, unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
      • Re-Stocking Fee of 10% may be applied, which is deducted from the refund amount.
    • Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

      • Custom or personalized items
      • Final sale or clearance items
      • Items damaged after delivery
    • Shipping Costs:

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
      • Prepaid return labels may be provided in some cases.
    • Processing Time: Returns and refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after the item is received.

      

    Refused Orders

    Products that are refused when carriers attempt to deliver are charged a 10% Re-Stocking fee plus shipping charges.
