The bluefin work shirt is constructed from a 5oz. Japanese chambray fabric which is super soft, and durable. BlueCut work shirts are designed to go from work, to meeting, and to a night out. We've engineered the details for practicality while working in the kitchen. No plastic buttons on these shirts, only antique brass ring snaps for easy closure, and a pen/thermometer pocket on the sleeve. Our work shirt is pre-washed to provide a soft touch and fits like a tailored shirt. They have been fit tested on real chefs to ensure they're comfortable, functional and look great!
